Roger
Roger has been tattooing for eight years, following a two-year apprenticeship that launched his career at Black Cat Tattoo in Chinatown, Honolulu. Under the mentorship of Shay Haas, he spent six years refining his craft in a fast-paced shop environment—building a strong foundation through consistent work, growth, and collaboration.
In 2021, Roger relocated to Las Vegas to reset after the pandemic and push his work further. Since then, he’s had the opportunity to tattoo alongside respected artists in the industry, and he’s now proud to call 18B Tattoo home in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District.
Roger’s goal is simple: help clients feel confident in both the tattoo and the process. He brings disciplined technique, tasteful style, and clear, intentional communication to every project—so you always know what’s happening, why it matters, and what to expect next.
