Olivia is a Las Vegas–raised tattoo artist working in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District. She specializes in fully custom tattoos across illustrative, fine line, ornamental, and neo-Japanese styles—helping clients turn ideas into designs that feel personal, intentional, and built to hold up over time.
